Welcome to My Creative Writing Repository

I've spent much of the past two decades creating marketing content for businesses, from video scripts and radio spots to blog articles and other online content. But I also hold an MFA in Playwriting from Rutgers University and have composed numerous plays, screenplays, and other forms of fiction over the years. I'm now in the process of putting some of these works up for scrutiny here. Feel free to contact me to learn more about my creative projects or request performance royalty information for the plays.

Works Eligible for Publication or Production

Short Play: FIELD ASSIGNMENT

There can be nothing more frightening than lying on your deathbed, wondering how the final moment will come and what you're supposed to do about it. Except maybe discovering that the "Angel of Death" assigned to you doesn't know what the hell she's doing either.

Short Play: COFFEE BREAK

When you're an overworked temp, you sometimes wish that coffee break could just last forever. But be careful what you wish for....

Short Play: SATELLITE

1957. A boy and a girl enjoy some romantic stargazing as they look for Sputnik overhead. But they're not just stargazing -- nor are they just a boy and a girl.

Short Play: THE WRONG FUNERAL

The two women in the funeral parlor don't know who the man in the coffin is. Neither does the attending minister. Well, don't sweat the small stuff....

Full-Length Play: THE PASSAGE

Guardian angels are real. But they're not really what you might think, and they have to undergo rigorous education to prove that they're qualified for the job. Reina may not make the cut unless she can cure her excessive empathy for the humans in her care -- and her feelings for the one boy in school she shouldn't have feelings for.

Full-Length Screenplay: THE PASSAGE

A screen adaptation of my original two-act play of the same name.

Short Story: BY ANY OTHER GNOME

Con artist Griffin has found the perfect mark -- a crazy old man who has hired him to exterminate a household gnome for $15,000. It's like taking candy from a baby. Isn't it?
